I’m Mohamed Kota — an Egyptian rowing athlete, certified nutritionist, CrossFit trainer, and dedicated personal coach. I made my Olympic debut at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, representing Egypt in the sport I’ve trained in with relentless passion and purpose.
